Friends, Romans, Lurkers:
From the spacious confines of my newly coup-begotten office of Prime Minister of Link Battle Election Fixing I write you to tell you that I am very disappointed in your non-participation in Round IV, but alas the heavy blame is not all yours to bear. In truth, from time to time, I have failed in the discharge my duties and have perhaps spent too much time with bottle and lady. These are diversions I have resolved to set aside to bring you this contest for the Holiday season.
As for Round IV, I have decided to declare TwinkleTwinkleBlahBlahBlahEtc.the winner. There will be no official inquiry into the election results, the vote has been certified, our offices are closed. Also, What Would Kofi Annan Do? has been granted a link in return for his sizable, soft-money donations to my campaign.
With such troubles threatening to afflict us with faction and civil war I feel it is best to carry on in a spirit of humble servitude. So, I bring you:
Link Battle, Round V
Thelma vs. Louise, UK
Thelma
In the Aquarium: A Londoner's Life is the sort of blog you could easily imagine is being written by a computer programmed to be witty, observant, and emotionally enigmatic but all these illusions must surely be shattered by the unprogrammably charming statement "I harbour secret desires to be a back of the bus person--". Unless computers have evolved to the frightening levels of emotional sophistication foretold by Philip K. Dick (cf. Oprah), I say this blog is both human and humane. True, it isn't the sexiest blog but you get the sense that In the Aquarium will respect you in the morning.
vs.
Louise
Belle du Jour, Diary of a London Call Girl isn't afraid to talk the cock-talk and walk the A-walk. Then again you'd be wrong to think that Belle du Jour is all uncut this and how much to do that?, there is a surprising amount of regular life being lived in between clients and sometimes even with them. Besides, who really needs respect?!
I would also like to introduce a third party, vanity candidate, Eeksy-Peeksy. Sure, Eeksy-Peeksy is an odd party of anecdote masquerading as poetry and poetry performing in drag as anecdote but who cares? Furthermore, that the links are categorized by time zone is so indescribably cool that one feels almost too embarrassed to go home to their links.
Let the factioning of my blog begin!
Yours dearly,

Belle du Jour, Diary of a London Call Girl - that's my vote - pure prose bliss as far as I'm concerned.
