Breathe In...Or Don't

Given the level of immature and ignorant contrarianism that Michelle Malkin and her cohorts have demonstrated in their "My Carbon Footprint is Bigger Than Yours" campaign, I'm starting to think that high-profile liberals should get behind a campaign to make people breathe more, deeper, and longer. There should be legislation passed mandating deep breathing through both the nose and mouth. There could be a global woodwinds concert organized to raise money for the cause and maybe we could even get legendary deep-breathers like Alec Baldwin and Johnny Depp to narrate a documentary on the looming crisis of shallow breathing.

Just pause and imagine the sound of thousands of wingnuts suffocating themselves out of sheer, ignorant contrarianism.
