Kicking Rungs Out Of The Ladders

Submitted with brief comments: The Ladder's new ad.

Replace "big talent" and "only 100K plus talent" with "whites" and and you've got an ad for the RNC. But seriously, given this economy and their tone-deaf marketing, how long before The Ladders is shown the door?
