Sadly, this email did not confirm Joe Biden's promise to remember my birthday; it was a solicitation for a re-occurring contribution. I haven't been that disappointed by an email preview since Obama's "Aaron - As a thank you for your contribution, I'm going to appoint you..." email. Spoiler alert: my "appointment" was to the role of Chief "Team Obama" Fundraiser for my apartment.
